Why I Created He
I didn’t create the HE Method because I wanted to start a fitness program.
I created it because I was tired of feeling like a failure.
At 19 years old, over 350 pounds, I felt trapped in my own body. I avoided mirrors, hated getting dressed, and refused to take my shirt off in public. Every time I walked into a room, I wondered if people were judging me. Every meal felt like a war between guilt and comfort.
I’d tell myself, “This time, I’ll get it right.” I’d start a diet, hit the gym, and swear I was committed… only to give up within weeks. Each failure made me feel weaker, like maybe I just wasn’t built for this.
When I did lose weight, I did it the hard way… starving myself, overtraining, and obsessing over every calorie. And even when I looked “better,” I never felt like I had control. I was either all in or completely off the rails. I was chasing a body, but I had no clue how to build a lifestyle.
Then 2023 happened.
A colon tumor. A tear in my esophagus. Multiple health scares. I wasn’t just struggling with my weight anymore, I was staring down the reality that if I didn’t change, I might not get another chance.
I finally understood what real failure looked like: waking up one day and realizing I had wasted my life because I never figured this out.
I had to make fitness simple. Something that worked in real life… not just when I was motivated.
So I built five daily tasks that kept me on track no matter what. No extremes. No burnout. Just small, simple habits that made being in shape automatic.
This system saved me. And now, it’s saving other men.
If you’re tired of the cycle… starting over, losing weight, gaining it back, feeling like it’s impossible… I get it. Because I’ve been there.
The HE Method isn’t just another fitness plan. It’s the system that finally freed me from the cycle.
It worked for me. It’s worked for countless other men. And if you commit, it’ll work for you too.
