For this challenge we’ll be following what I call the 5-30-10 method… 5 days of weight lifting each week, 30g of protein with each meal everyday, and 10 thousand steps per day! I love approaching the challenge with this method because it’s easy to understand, simple to follow, and super effective at getting you the results you desire most! About the Challenge

Each week you will have 5 strength training sessions to complete, which can be done at home, as well as at the gym. My program options include dumbbell only, at home with minimal equipment, apartment gyms, as well as commercial sized gym.

Eating plenty of protein is key for building strength, losing body fat, and building toned muscles. Each day you’ll strive to eat 30g of protein with each meal! To make this easy for you, my app connects directly with MyFitnessPal and Cronometer so you can seamlessly transfer your nutrition data into one place!

One of the most overlooked things you can do each day that will help to completely transform your body is taking more steps! YES STEPS! 10K per day to be exact! This will help improve your cardiovascular health, aches & pains in your joints, as well as drop unwanted body fat in your troublesome area’s. Connect your Apple Health, Fitbit, or Garmin to seamlessly transfer your step data into the She App!

“How am I supposed to eat that much protein?”

Great question! When you’re first starting out, the thought of eating 30g of protein can seem well… a bit overwhelming! I remember when I started working with my first coach and he told me I needed to eat 120g of protein each day. Considering that I had never eaten more than about 60g of protein in a single day, that felt like a terrible task that I’d never be able to accomplish. But rest assured, I’ve got you covered!
